Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 10 business days after payment is received, while custom furniture and restoration projects ship upon completion within the estimated timeline provided at purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination, and large or oversized pieces may require freight delivery. Estimated delivery times are 30 business days domestically and 120 business days internationally; however, delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. Customers must ensure accurate shipping information and adequate access for large deliveries, and someone must be available to receive freight shipments. Orders should be inspected within 48 hours of delivery, and any damage must be reported with photos within that time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
