Custom & Handmade Furniture
All custom-built, made-to-order, and personalized items are final sale.
Because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
A non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
Restored Antique & Vintage Items
Due to the nature of antique and vintage furniture:
All restored antique items are sold as-is
Minor imperfections consistent with age and character are not considered defects
We do not offer refunds for natural wear, patina, wood grain variation, or historic character marks
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
